As a 58 year old Mountain Biker I have never been in better shape in my life. This is due in no small part to the MTB Fitness email tips , advice and videos which I have been following for over a year now. I have recently purchased the '50 Tips for Mountain Bikers over 50' guide to help consolidate my my pre and post riding regime.

MTB fitness has given me a great structure to my workouts with the 12 week plan, it has given me much more endurance fitness and made the climbs heaps more fun. The continued support with their daily emails and responding quickly to personal questions is fantastic. Also nailed my food with their nutrition guide really easy to follow and understand, it has put me on a great path to feeling great

Fantastic programme, for a few years with a busy home and work life I had not been getting out often enough to keep any significant level of fitness, so every ride resulted in suffering, and was almost ready to just give up, but a friend recommended MTB Fitness, and after just the first 3 weeks was already noticing significant improvement, by week 8 I had completely smashed one of the hill climb targets I had set as a goal, and continue to improve, whi h I would never have done with extra riding alone. Also very positive and inspiring daily emails, best money I have ever spent on any MTB product. Great job Matt

Very happy with the purchase of the fitness program and the dietary advice program , although I haven’t started them yet ( I have a specific start date in mind ) . The emails and motivational posts are great especially when your mojo is waining little . All in all would highly recommend

Fantastic training plans that are achievable, sustainable and do what they're supposed to do. Matt is always available either through facebook or email, and the community he's building is one of the friendliest and supportive on the web. Well done :)

I bought the MTB fitness program about one year ago and I have done the 12 week program twice. After just a month I started to see massive improvements on the trails and I got the occasional QOM. After a few weeks break after completing the program I decided to do my first Enduro race. I started the program all over again, and put in a big effort, including doing all the interval training. The program is easy to follow and I build up muscles specifically for MTB, which I think is important, especially for women to be able to hold on going down the hill. This year I won 3 out 3 Enduro races and I contribute it all to the MTB fitness program. I truly recommend it to anyone who want to improve their riding fitness.

Always look forward to the news snd tips although due to work very little time to make use of tips, but when get change do make use of them.

I have been following Matt on various social media platforms and have found his postings to be of great value to me. The key themes and messages are simple, yet powerful in terms of motivation and giving you points to think about, particularly in respect of aspects other than cycling (eg nutrition, recovery, benefits of cross training, etc.) Keep up the great work!

I love the MTB fitness group because it is provides sound advice from Matt and encourages positive and supportive advice from the members. Matt is very skilled and knowledgeable way beyond his years and shares it in a very understandable, positive and practical way. I have purchased the 12 week fitness program along with the nutrition guide. I am using bits of it at present over winter, and following the handy videos, working on nutrition, stretches and basic interval sessions and already seeing small gains. I aim to do the plan fully in spring when hopefully COVID is being beaten and when I feel safe to return to the gym for regular sessions. It will be a tough target at 65 yrs old! MTB fitness is the only group that really helps and encourages people to improve, rather than people going on an ego trip. Keep doing more of the same Matt.

I’m now up to week 4 of Matts’ 12 week programme and I am amazed at how into it I’ve got. I’ve never been a gym fan, much preferring to just get fit by riding but approaching 60 I wanted something to provide focus and MTB Fitness certainly does. When I’m doing reps with resistance bands in my cold garage I’m doing it imagining clearing that tricky climb in the woods; when I’m spinning in my turbo trainer for 45 minutes I’m tearing along those dusty trails in summer. What’s more, during lockdown it’s given me added purpose to get off my backside and do something. Well done Matt!

Not bought the programme yet but love reading Mattvs emails and watching his videos to help me become a better rider. His enthusiasm shows in all his work. Although I don't do trails, my ride to and from work has improved due to the tips and advice the Matt gives!! Keep up the awesome work Matt 🤙🏾🤙🏾

I was looking for inspiration and doubting myself and MTB a Fitness provided it. Very little information and encouragement when you’re over 50 but what they provided is accurate, simple and easy to follow. I follow it and would definitely recommend it
