“I've used the Croydon branch for MoTs for several years and they have been excellent, fantastic discount, don't know how they make money on them.
However last November, I made a telephone appointment and arrived to find a customer ahead of me claiming to have the same time booked. The guy on reception was pretty offhand denying he had ANY appointments booked in that day as he didn't have an MoT tester due to sickness. So we both had to make new appointments and go back another day.
Apart from that I have been pleased with the good service. When they found a broken rear coil spring, they had no problem with me taking it away to fix myself.”

“my clutch broke on the way back from devon on a sunday afternoon and i had to be brought back on a trailer by the aa.I was advised by the aa to try mr clutch at bedminster bristol. on monday morning i rang to find out if they could repair my car asaptold to bring it in.the car was repaired and i collected on tues. fantastic service considering this was two days before newcc years day and i needed the car to get to work on new years day(no buses) there was also a problem with the bolts on my cars clutch and the bolts were out of stock at the dealer but thankfully mr clutch pulled out all the stops to get the parts very quickly and i was able to use my car for work. the staff were brilliant and i would certainly go to them again and i have already told friends to go there should they have any problems. the price was also brilliant.great service keep it up.xxx”
