“I took my van for service and I asked them to do a diagnosis on my van because the management lights were appearing on my dashboard. They only done the service and they didn’t bother with the diagnosis. They told me they had no time to do it. But they were asking me if I wanted to do my break pads and disks so how did they not have time for a diagnosis but had time for that?? I’ve never seen anyone do the service without finding out the issues first.”

“took car in for regas air con , no difference after, at all , manager said might be something else like compressor ??
Also my engine management light came on whilst testing and is misfiring, and they advised must be coincidence. They did a diagnoses see attached but drove car there Enfield from home in Colchester with no issues at all and now I don't know what to do ?”
