Great experience with Mr Clutch Portsmouth, done within the hour and passed with a few advisories, they priced up the work but was not forced or pressured in to having anything done there and then. Thank you.

Easy to book. Booked in on short notice. The MOT itself was done quickly, and on schedule. Staff were friendly and helpful.

I've been going to Mr Clutch in Hayes for a number of years now. I always go to them for my M.O.T test and any other work that my car requires. Very friendly and honest service! Their prices are very compatible and they can fix nearly anything in no time! They got themselves a very loyal customer for many more years to come.

I am always sceptical when dealing with car mechanical outlets other than the main dealers, as the main dealers are up front over ripping you off, with their high prices. However I found that Mr Clutch gave a good and affordable service.

I was very pleased to be able to get a discount and to book online getting an appointment the next working day. The job was commenced and finished at the times given. Staff were polite and efficient. I would not wish to use the 'toilet' I was directed to again!! With thanks

Booked an MOT online the night before. Turned up and the staff at the centre knew all about it and were ready for me. Left the car with them while I went for breakfast, came back and it was all done. Very easy, fast and efficient service.

I booked and paid for an MOT appointment online. The process was quick and easy. Finding the entrance of the Aldershot branch is a bit tricky but don't give up. The staff are welcoming, it was quick and the price very good - what is there not to like?

Brilliant service. I missed my original time slot so they let me book it in alter for free. Also the points my car failed its MOT on were shown to me under the ramps so I knew exactly what was wrong.

The site has always in the past been very good under the previous manager, whilst i am sure the new manager is very good at what he does, there are signs that perhaps the attention to detail is not as good as it once was, being a loyal customer who has spent a lot of money in the site in the last few years, as well as introduced friends to the site as well, it is a little worrying as to whether that original level of Customer service previously enjoyed, and particularly the recognition of the value of previous spend is taken into consideration when quoting for work that needs to be carried out. I appreciate that nobody gets anything for nothing, but a reasonable discount for continued good custom should be offered as a default, and not necessarily just after having being asked for. All of the above said, the standard of work is still good, and i am sure that where the change of manager is concerned it may just be a "bedding in" period that's required before he recognises some of the work he needs to do, to keep loyal customers coming back time after time. If i had completed this review 12 months or even 6 months ago, it would have been a 5* rating, as it is, with the above and also the fact that the Customer waiting area was not in good order (ripped chairs, old newspapers strewn around, telly not working etc) i have to unfortunately change that down to a 4* rating instead. In essence, very good, but must try harder!

Very good friendly service. Great price on my Mot, let's face it who wants to pay loads and I have been given a discount for the last two years as a returning customer. Can't fault it really.
