“I purchased a Groupon deal for my air conditioning. I had a few questions prior to purchase so called the Norwich branch and spoke to Sean/Shaun. He was polite, friendly and helpful so I bought the voucher and called him back to book my car in. When I took my car in Sean/Shaun was working the Reception desk again. Once again he was friendly and welcoming. I found out from talking to him that he'd recently been promoted to Manager. I found his people skills and general manner to be excellent. He kept me informed how my car was getting on, and answered all my queries. When I left he gave me a price guide booklet as they'd noticed that my service was due. He wasn't pushy or forceful in getting me to book it in, which for me makes me more inclined to take my car back in the future.
In general I'm very sceptical of mechanics and garages as unfortunately they can have a bad reputation, however I didn't feel like I was being conned/mislead/ripped off. I hope that if I use Mr Clutch again in the future the aforementioned will continue to be true.”

“Ignoring the fact that my car passed the MOT so I'm probably already biased, I was very pleased with the service. Although no one wants their car to fail it is about safety to the user and other road users, so it's important to pick up faults... and the technicians are very thorough!
I spot vehicle faults every time I go out, mostly lights this suggests a high degree of complacency and neglect exists amongst drivers. If you can buy a pack of cigarettes for £10 you can afford to change a light bulb. The MOT just means it met basic requirement on the day of the test there are still 364days to go.”
