“The service was correct but the booking system does not handle concurrency properly. It allowed me to book a slot then next morning a call that the slot had already booked by another customer. So the booking system should handle race conditions properly.”
“Very happy with the guys however I will be going back. As after replacing part of the steering rack the tracking is now completely out making the steering very very heavy and pulling the steering wheel dangourously out of my hand. Very unhappy as it was after an MOT which I thought was to Check and correct dangourous vehicles.”

“WhenI arrived to have my MOT the person who carries them out was not there. They had to phone him to come in and do it. My appointment was at 10.45 and I arrived 10 minutes early as requested on the website. I eventually got back to work at 12.00. However, the staff were very good and the person that eventually did the MOT was very kind and helpful.”

“This was my first visit to "Mr Clutch". My car was due an MOT. I booked on-line which was quick and easy and when I arrived at the centre I was asked to complete a job sheet. I was impressed that along with the normal information requested I was also asked for the code of my car (which I do know). The reason I came to "Mr Clutch" was because I was very unhappy with my usual MOT centre which I had used for the past 4-5 years. Having just sufferred the expense of having my car reset when the sensor was disengaged and later discovering the rear door lock did not lock after a new seat belt was fitted (the Garage clearly had not disconnected the battery as they should have done) I was very impressed when "Mr Clutch" asked for this information before any work was started. I also watched the MOT on screen and was very pleased to see just how thorough the Tester was. He certainly put the car through its paces which was only as expected. There were a couple of "advisories" but again the Tester explained these in more detail and I left the centre knpwning what I need to do and when and I was most impressed with the level of customer service from all the staff. I would most certainly recommend "Mr Clutch" and would use their services again. Very pleased indeed.”
