I did not have to do any unnecessary job or pay more than the scheduled price, which was quite reasonable anyway. “Must admit I've only used them for MOT's but they've been carried out at the time booked, the test was fair and the Tester's are happy to explain any components showing wear for the future. No hidden charges and the Manager seems to know his job well. I would consider using them when my new car is out of warranty for servicing.”
“I booked my Corsa online in for an MOT, when I arrived I was told they had no booking for me & I could come back in 3 days, so I went home & my husband rang them to complain as I had a booking reference he was told it had been booked in at a different time so I took car back for MOT which it failed on droplink & handbrake, 18months before Mr Clutch had put a complete new handbrake on, 3 days later Mr Clutch had my car back for repairs & re test, I had to pay for my handbrake to be tightened even though they was the ones who fitted it. It's been 2 months & my car has started rolling down my drive unless I leave it in gear & it is now making the same banging noise (droplink gone again?). I'm going to take car to a garage that is recommended not Mr Clutch”
