I took my car to Hayes branch and dealt with a gentleman called Richard,he was amazing,he was very professional and explain everything in detail and,I called him so many times,and every time he was polite and very helpful,If he was me,I would have been annoyed with the amount of questions and the phone calls I've put him through. Car passed fine but I was a bit annoyed I had to pay an extra £20 on top of my service because I needed fully synthetic oil. Overall though I was happy. Would recommend.”

“Excellent when it comes to general servicing, but spent hundreds of pounds having first one set of brake discs & pads, then the other set replaced when they misdiagnosed this to be the reason for brake failure. They then diagnosed a faulty brake servo pump. When I suggested a possible leak between pump & servo they said their mechanic had checked this. Took it to another garage and they found a leak in the aforementioned pipe straight away.
On another occasion they said an amber engine management light would be caused by a faulty glow plug. I wasn't convinced and got an AA patrolman friend to connect his diagnostic scanner & hey presto it turned out to be a faulty brake light switch. Needless to say I got another garage to change it.
You might think these problems would have put me off Mr Clutch for life, but I still use them for routine servicing & MOT's, as they are very competitive on price & conveniently open Saturday's.”
