“Previously had amazing service from Mr Clutch Maidenhead, I took my car to Tilehurst, Reading Mr Clutch for an MOT, it failed on having a missing clip on one of the steering CV joints. The part cost less then a pound and takes 2 minutes to fit. I asked if one could be fitted so I could take the vehicle home, I was told it was getting towards the end of the day and despite trying to reason with the guy on reception I had to walk miles home and cycle into work the next day. I collected the car the next day, charged an extra £20 for the clip and fitment. Not impressed if I am honest.
The service is impersonal and lacks help IMHO, on two occasions I had to wait 20 minutes until the front desk person could be bothered to walk into reception, he spent most of his time wandering around the workshop on his mobile.
I will now go back to Mr Clutch in Maidenhead.”

“The work done was fine and the centre always manages to get the work done either on the day or shortly afterwards. I had to go on two days due to an MOT retest, but on both days the centre was late opening. 15 minutes on the Thursday which meant I was sat around waiting for my 8.30 retest.”
