“Very efficient service and no issues at all. Quoted very good price for my MacBook Pro. It got collected the same day and 2 days later was paid the originally quote price direct into my bank account. Slightly nervous as you I thought they might try and find something to reduce the price, but no issues. Seems very genuine and honest. Very good communications.”

“I have been scouting around for quite a while for the right people to sell my old laptop to and needless to say there were a lot of duds out there. This was one site that was very straightforward and prompt in their processing. The product assessment form was user-friendly and easy enough to fill up. I ordered to borrow a box from them to send the laptop and it was delivered quickly by Royal Mail First class. All the steps to send them the product was very nicely spelt out and so I didn't face any problems whatsoever. Their payment was also very prompt. I would definitely recommend them”

“Simply put could not have been better! I sought valuations for 2 laptops and took care to make sure they were accurately described so they could be evaluated. I was very happy with the estimates so arranged to post using the Royal Mail option and printed label. 24 hours later the laptops were confirmed by email as received and 24 hours after that the money was in my account at the original valuation. I will use again when I need to dispose of my older tech as the process was painless and the valuations good.”

“This is how it should be stress free everything else was easy as 123 .i had a god clear put never realised what I had that we did not use any more and everything was exactly as was stated pick t up on time. Communication. Was good payment send and received no hassle so if you need some spare cash from your unused items I recom money 4 tech good service miss linzi”

“Really quick turnaround, chose a courier collection on the Sunday and had the money in my bank by the Tuesday. Much better price offered than Music Magpie (5x). Definitely recommend.”
