“Absolutely brilliant company. The process was so easy, after I'd already had problems with other companies. You can easily provide a report of the condition, documenting any issues, and get a valuation based on this. My device was collected from my home by Royal Mail - no need to take it to the post office and postage is free. And within a few days the money was in my account. The whole process took less than a week, and the amount paid was the amount quoted, no unexpected surprises. Even though my old laptop had some issues I was still able to get paid for it. Will definitely use this company again.”

“Not looked at for a week after arrival as per DPD tracking. Laptop was in as declared condition when it left me. Photos sent of damage when looked at. Eventually settled, but not a smooth or quick transaction as promised.”
