“Very happy with the service. My old laptop was picked up by dpd and I received payment for it within 24 hours. Was given updates throughout by email. Would definitely recommend this service to anyone who wants to get some money for their old tech with minimum hassle.”

“Good and prompt and stuck to the quoted price. Only criticism is that the update process wasnt as good as expected and i had to email to find out where in the process it was. Other than that cant grumble”

“Really pleased to find a good home for my laptop that I bought in good faith but stopped using - as I ended up on my work computer most of the time. The process was very straightforward and fast. Enter the details, accept an offer and a nice man from DHL was straight out, packed up my computer nicely and we bid farewell. The checks were carried out quickly and money went straight into my account. Excellent process. Will recommend for sure!”

“Customer service was great. Eventhough there were some delays with the collection, I am still satisfied with the service. Money was transferred few hours after they received the item. Truly reliable. I will definitely use this again in the future and recommend this to my friends.”
