Do not order from Sabby, scamming company. Ordered large mirror in November delivery was promised within 7 days I still did not received my mirror or money back. Email exchange with Customer Service was poor they hardly replayed and with a bunch of lies like...you will get a replacement or is on the way you get it by the end of the week.

I reluctantly even score Shabby Store one star!!! Shocking customer care, or should I say total lack!!! I am STILL waiting for my goods ordered and paid in full on 28 November!! On the few emails from them, they keep saying it’s being dispatched in next couple of days!!! That’s now 6 weeks!! Christmas presents ruined!! Also on a separate order, I’ve also been chasing as the 3 mirrors I ordered actually fell apart in my hand when taken out of bubble wrap!! That was 19 Dec, and they have yet to reply to my 8 emails with pics asking for help!!!!…..this company needs to be taken to account!! PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY WITH THEM!!!!! A previous loyal customer!!! NOT ANY MORE!!!!

Got my order this week after a couple weeks wait. They sent email updates about the issues they’d been having with staff and busy period over Xmas which kept me informed. Thank some people making comments need to relax a bit! Really lovely item worth the wait

Wish I’d read the reviews before I ordered!! Found this site on Instagram placed my order beginning of December, still waiting like everyone else, sent emails…. No reply, it definitely has the correct name SHABBY SERVICE!!!!!

Item ordered 5th Dec told would be delivered by 15th Dec, still not received. Requested a refund and got told they would issue credit note! Not received any reply to emails. Still not had delivery or refund - Daylight robbery shop elsewhere !

Placed an order on the 6th December. Item still not received or dispatched. Sent 3 emails chasing. Was told it would arrive before Xmas guess what it didn’t and still hasn’t. AVOID

I placed an order from this store in November. Money has been taken from my account and still not received any goods and 1 email response advising goods would be dispatched however did not receive anything and no further communication which I find really poor service, will take further.

THIS IS A FAKE COMPANY, they take your order, take your money and don’t deliver anything or return your money. They promise refund but don’t deliver…. PLEASE DONT FALL FOUL OF THEM. I

Unfortunately there’s not a 0 as this company is a JOKE! Do NOT order from them!! My supposed Black Friday order still hasn’t arrived. Their customer service is awful- Reu really haven’t got a clue! I thought I was the only one but after reading the other Reviews I’m slightly worried that my order will never arrive!!!

Dreadful company my order turned up broken reported it to the customer service team and I'm still to hear when I'll receive a replacement if I will at all... will be disputing with my bank now.

Absolutely disgusting and Shabby that’s about right….service!!! I ordered a gift on the 5th of December and this has still not arrived it’s disgraceful service!!!! I got an email on the 21st Dec saying it had been dispatched 6 days later I’m still waiting I feel anyone who puts good reviews on probably works for them I will NEVER BUY FROM THIS STORE AGAIN!!!!!!

Would give 0 stars if I could. Like others, I placed an order from the supposed Black Friday sale, and, despite numerous emails (a couple of which were responded to), no sign of the item a month later. Gave up finally and disputed the transaction through my bank and got my money back. Very disappointed as the website looks amazing and I thought I'd found my dream shop. The fact that there's no telephone number for contact should have rung alarm bells. Beware purchasers!

Poor customer service , long delivery times. I ordered a coffee table which was delivered damaged and the rest of my order was missing. I have emailed several times with no reply , until finally today I was told they can collect the damaged table tomorrow but can not confirm when I get a replacement? It’s an absolute joke and the rest of my order is still missing.
