For the service, we have emailed the sole-trade registration form to obtain some of your details like full name, date of birth, national insurance number etc., Only on obtaining this information we will be able to process your request. However, you emphasized to issue a refund for the service without sending the form, we have already initiated the refund process. Within 3-7 business days, the amount will be credited back to your card. As we tried our best to help you with this service and you cancelled it, we request you to revise your review about our service. We have emailed the link to revise the review.
