“Did we get the company formed? Yes. Did it cost much? No. Do they appear to be primarily staffed by offshore resources using pseudonyms? Yes. Would I have been better off just filing the incorporation documents directly with Companies House? 100% YES. The template articles were poorly formatted, not up to date with best practices for flat management companies and needed significant revision. The way it works for this package is you get a template (not filled out), download it, edit it yourself, then upload it back onto the site. Speaking of, the website is a clunky mess full of bugs that prevents you from progressing, or selecting the options you actually want. And then even if you don't select their paid for 'ID Verification' service, they still take you through redundant layers of verification, asking for documents that Companies House themselves do not require. Even after the incorporation has gone live, I'm getting emails chasing me for information that - had it really been required - they really should have asked for before submitting. Would I recommend incorporating without using expensive lawyers? Absolutely yes. Would I recommend this company specifically? No.”

“I am the Director of a UK company (15119276). My experience with Mint Formations was a total disaster. First, their website is broken. After I paid, I was met with a blank "Thank You" page. I received no order number and no confirmation email. My application didn't move for nearly 12 hours until I had to chase their support myself to prove I had already paid. Second, they are incompetent at identifying international directors. Because I have a common name (Muhammad Nadeem), they claimed I appeared as a "match" on a Sanctions list. Despite me being a verified customer of Tide Bank UK and PayPal,who have already cleared my ID, Mint Formations refused to listen. Even when I told them it was a "false positive" name match, they claimed they "conducted checks" and refused to proceed, essentially sticking to a false accusation because they couldn't be bothered to manually verify my Date of Birth against the list. They wasted my time during a critical filing deadline. I went to Icon Offices instead, who verified the exact same ID manually and issued my Companies House code immediately. Mint Formations is unprofessional, and their "checks" are a joke. Do not trust them with your business or your reputation; you will have to wait 5-7 days for a refund, too.”
