“I paid for a next day delivery last Wednesday (before midday) the fridge arrived Monday PM. If a week is a long time in politics it must feel like an eternity in the Mini Fridge company”

“The customer service we received when we realised that we were missing a power lead was fabulous- next day delivery! We also had a problem with the first mini fridge when it stopped working after 36 hours. Can't fault the company- as soon as I contacted them they arranged to collect the faulty fridge the next day and in less than a week a replacement had arrived which is working beautifully- thank you! June”

“This wine fridge is a pointless waste of space. I have had two now in the past few months and both have failed. We open the door no more than one per day to extract a bottle of champagne or wine. The back iced up after just 2 weeks on both occasions and after thawing and reconnecting the temperature would not go below 15 degrees. At one point it was warmer than the room and cooked my wine!! Not at all happy with this very poor product.”

“Still waiting for my mini fridge to arrive! No communication to keep me informed. Website said 2-3 days delivery and I have now waited a week. After calling again I was told it would be delivered by 6pm yesterday and I'm still waiting, with no explanation. Have wasted days waiting for this to arrive.”

“Good product, quickly delivered. The power lead was a bit loose when inserted into the fridge causing the fridge to go on and off. These are readily available, so replaced with a different lead and now all is well. Apart from that very pleased overall.”

“Delighted with the fridge and the assistance in placing the order. After that it all went wrong. Delivery was delayed the company were not good in returning calls and promises went unfulfilled. The item was delivered and we are very pleased with it.”
