“We ordered a £400 mini fridge, which took a week to deliver. We also ordered a sliding hinge kit which failed to be delivered. Still waiting. Upon delivery of the fridge we discovered the box containing the fridge was open. The fridge inside was damaged / scratched on the front. We have called three times and explained the situation to the salesperson, each time we have been promised a return call or email. None of which has happened. We have also been promised a new fridge by next Tuesday, which is clearly not going to happen as no one has returned our calls. In summary, we are left with a damaged fridge, which we are not prepared to accept, and no immediate solution. The customer service experience level is a zero and I would suggest using any other company to source a fridge before using mini fridge based on our experience.”

“Easy to use web site and very competitive prices. The fridge arrived very quickly and exactly as described but I haven't used it as it is a Christmas present for someone”

“Fridge was supposed to arrive next day but in fact arrived the day after, no communication from the seller re-tracking, only a dispatched e-mail. Fridge arrived slightly damaged, but not enough to complain about.”

“first fridge received was damaged it looked like it had been dropped , i requested a replacment which arrived next day , unpacked it while the courier was still on site and this was damaged on the door , both damaged fridges returned and a third replacement requested , this turned up next day however it was the wrong fridge a glass door one instead of the plain door , i decided after speaking to my customer to keep it as at least it wasnt a damaged fridge and it was needed”

“Not that impressed with the "next day delivery", if ordered before 3 pm. Apparently they forgot to put my fridge on the van, it eventually turned up 3 days after I ordered it. On the positive side the fridge itself seems okay.”

“Unfortunately Minifridge work with one of the more user unfriendly delivery companies - APC. They tried to deliver but did not leave a card; promised to deliver the following Friday between 10 and 3 but came at 4 when no-one was in; said they can't specify a delivery time but it will be between 8 and 4; and eventually delivered 8 days late at 5.10. Avoid!!!”

“Ordering was very easy and next day delivery as promised was very convenient. We did have a problem inserting the mains adaptor into the socket at the back of the mini fridge and it just didn't seem to fit. However, in his prompt reply to my email, the sales manager very helpfully explained that it just needed an extra push to 'click' in. Sure enough, this worked and we are really pleased with our new mini fridge.”
