“I ordered my minifridge at 2.59, just before the 3pm cut off time for next day delivery. I called up Minifridge to check it would be delivered next day and had just missed the courier, however they kindly organised a second courier to ensure my fridge was delivered on time. This was most appreciated. Thank you.”

“very pleased with my second fridge ordered from Minifridge.co.uk. product is excellent( iceQ 24L), virtually silent and very classy. Suits my guest rooms perfectly. Excellent customer service. Many thanks to Clive for sorting out a complicated product exchange and for taking time and making an effort to explain benefits of different products and guide me through getting the right one. Thank you! This is the company where customer comes first and it shows! Will be using Mini Fridge again. Highly recommend.”

“I bought the fridge by phone it was delivered the next day at the time specified and I have it in my room where I stay when I am working away from home. It is running very well and the service from time of sale was excellent”

“I've only had my fridge for a short time, so its rather early days to comment on performance. It seems fine so far, although I noticed that the water in the ice cube tray was slow to freeze. But the booklet does say that the freeze compartment can't be used for freezing food from fresh, so its not really surprising. As long as it will keep a couple of mini-magnums in a suitable state to enjoy on a hot day I will be happy.”

“IceQ 48L Fridge arrived and was damaged, After Sales Team were excellent and replacement was sent within several days, damaged fridge collected. Fridge working well, quite quiet, just the occasional murmur.”

“Order Number 4057764 Received Fridge, everything looks fine from the outside, but unable to open door as no key arrived or booklet with it. I rang the company after it arrived, ( which was 4.05pm) pressed option 2 a young lady took my reference /order number. She then said she would have to go to the warehouse to check this up she said it would take 5 minutes. She took down my telephone number and said she would ring me back, unfortunately I did not ask for her name. I was working outside at the time away from a phone, ( I did inform her of this) but she said she would ring back. No call arrived. I waited in the house until 4.30pm and telephoned again the telephone answering machine came on saying they closed at 4.30 and would not be open until Monday morning!!!! I wasted 25 minutes of my work time waiting for a call, with no satisfactory outcome. I have a fridge that I am unable to open, so no as yet I am unable to review this product due to the incompetence of this company.”

“Their website advertised a 3-day delivery however when I rang on the third day to query the delivery time I was told our order wasn't even in the warehous with no explanation. No one had called or notified and we had gone through the trouble of arranging to work from home that day. I then arrange for another day and asked for delivery between specific time window as it was the only time possible but was told there were no guarantees as they cannot control the couriers. The delivery was made on the rearranged day however not during the requested time - it was only luck that we hadn't yet left for work when the delivery eas made. Poor service and I would not be recommending this merchant to anyone unless you have the luxury of waiting around.”
