“Quick delivery but the fridge had a faulty door. Eventually returned to them after 3 no show arranged collections (waiting for them 2 days). Then they denied the fault!!! They wanted to charge me delivery fees either to take back the same fridge (the faulty one for an extra 15pounds) or refund minus the same fee. Despite numerous attempts to speak to the manager I ended up asking for help from the citizens bureau office and eventually I got my money back via the paypal dispute process. Avoid at all cost.It is really much safer to go for the big companies (Argos/john lewis/currys) No comments about the fridge as it never worked”

“No fridges have arrived. Ordered 2 last Saturday. Now a week and a day later, still no fridges. Forced to select next day delivery on the order even though it said no next day available if ordering on a Saturday. Rubbish service. No confirmation emails yet bombarded by mini fridge newsletters. Despite asking for no ad emails.”

“Only just bought our minifridge to take on a tour of the south of France, Pyrenees and Spain.. as the car is a coupe with limited space a coolbox would be too bulky, We just wanted something small to keep cool some milk/butter/cheese/ham etc for the on route lunchtime picnic. Only tested at home so far but looks good. Hope it works in the heat (hopefully) of southern Europe. Looks well made, quiet and well priced. Prompt delivery.”

“A bunch of dishonest and insincere people. They sent me a faulty item with the door not closing properly. I booked collection and they didn't turn up for 2 days with me waiting from 8am -5pm. Eventually they turned up on a different day randomly without having anything booked for that day. Once that item returned they came up with the decision that there was no fault. How on earth? A door either closes tight or not. Anyway I asked to speak to the manager several times with no success (constantly busy!). They offered me to resend the "faulty item" for an extra cost of £15 or a reduced refund ignoring even my statutory rights for early returns. Avoid at all cost. A small company with serious issues”

“Very poor communication about delivery. No reply to 2 messages. No notification about dispatch. Took a week to arrive - would have been picked up by you on Tuesday 31 May, delivery Tuesday 7 June - you website says 3-4 days.”

“What a disgusting service ,AVOID at all cost. Ordered this and a week later still waiting .took days to get through to someone and when i did got told they was out of stock and have to wait another week.Very patronising and rude.have canceled so i await my refund.”

“I ordered a mini fridge, late Thursday night on line, and received it as expected, mid-morning Monday. The website warns it doesn't do weekend deliveries. It was cheaper than the same fridge from Amazon, plus it was as described and works well; so one happy customer!”
