“On 16 May 2014 I purchased a Husky HN7 Wine Cooler and when it arrived one of the glass doors was smashed (still in packaging). The delivery company took it away and I immediately contacted MiniFridge and advised of problem. As the wine cooler was a wedding present and a replacement could not be delivered in time, I requested a refund and was told that I'd receive a refund very quickly. Despite several follow-up phone calls from me and an email from supplier promising the refund,”

“Product is good and as described- my office team are very happy with it. However the delivery and customer service could have been better. The product did not arrive as promised and was nearly a week late. I had to repeatedly chase the MiniFridge team. Not particulate impressed by that.”

“The Fridge was advertised as free standing or integral. We required the integral which has a flat door, we also Ordered the sliding door attachment to the fridge door. On receiving the fridge we found that the front door had a slight curve in it (this is the design) the slid kit would not work, we contacted you and were advised that you only supply the curved front unit, not as advertised. We had to modify our door to suite yours. This cost time and were not impressed.”

“Bought this fridge for my son for university. It is ideal for his room. A really great size, fits plenty of food and milk, the middle shelf is removable so can give you the option of storing taller items in the fridge. The door also has storage. An excellent buy, and it looks great too in shiny black.”
