“Amazing product, top quality craftsman website is excellently laid out listing all the information clearly. Only issue I had was that I ordered next day shipping and it took 3 days. But I'd definitely order again.”

“Excellent Customer Service from Kerry…had a query about my item & regarding delivery. My item was delivered as promised the next day at no extra charge & to say I was extremely happy with my purchase is an understatement. Was super pleased with the lovely packaging…a beautiful hard box that then opened to a solid box containing my item…beautifully presented…superb quality…couldn’t be happier! Will most definitely be back!!!”

“So impressed with this company. I emailed Keith to ask about items. He was quick to respond and very helpful. My item is even nicer then what I saw in the photos online. I couldn't be more pleased. The service was amazing. Came by secure delivery the next day and packaged up beautifully and this was on a pre loved item! Amazing from start to finish.”

“The item was not delivered for over a week. Partly due to the weather but mostly due to an incompetent courier. I received message after message from DPD saying they were coming and then they weren't coming. I feel that items of such value would be best sent by Royal Mail special delivery. I am unsure whether to keep the bracelet as the disappointment of not receiving when expected has dulled my enthusiasm for it”

“The website and prices were very good, found what I was looking for with ease and plenty of information in the description, but as of today my item still hasn’t arrived, I placed my order on 01-01-25 and it’s was dispatched express delivery which was the 03-01-25 not express delivery really but ok, now as of today I still haven’t received my order, DPD are stating now my item hasn’t been scanned for over 24hrs and can’t be located, Milton’s have now recalled the item back and are refusing a refund until the order is received back to them, even though DPD state item cannot be found in warehouse or lost and found etc. So No Jewellery, No Refund and waited 2 week for nothing. Also been ignored now by customer service after I shown evidence from DPD, thought I was been reasonable waiting this long to contact them but unfortunately not.”
