We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience you encountered during your attempt to purchase a necklace over the phone. Unfortunately, due to security reasons we cannot take payments over the phone. We understand that being told "no chance" after being a loyal customer who has spent over 20k over the years must have been quite disappointing.
