The item was not delivered for over a week. Partly due to the weather but mostly due to an incompetent courier. I received message after message from DPD saying they were coming and then they weren't coming. I feel that items of such value would be best sent by Royal Mail special delivery. I am unsure whether to keep the bracelet as the disappointment of not receiving when expected has dulled my enthusiasm for it

The website and prices were very good, found what I was looking for with ease and plenty of information in the description, but as of today my item still hasn’t arrived, I placed my order on 01-01-25 and it’s was dispatched express delivery which was the 03-01-25 not express delivery really but ok, now as of today I still haven’t received my order, DPD are stating now my item hasn’t been scanned for over 24hrs and can’t be located, Milton’s have now recalled the item back and are refusing a refund until the order is received back to them, even though DPD state item cannot be found in warehouse or lost and found etc. So No Jewellery, No Refund and waited 2 week for nothing. Also been ignored now by customer service after I shown evidence from DPD, thought I was been reasonable waiting this long to contact them but unfortunately not.
