“The ring was exactly as described, beautifully presented however the delivery was shambolic. Using tracking data it wasn't dispatched on the day indicated that it would be when purchased, the tracking data stated the courier attended but wasn't given the parcel. When I phoned Milton's the day after to find out what was happening all they could tell me was it was packaged awaiting collection. The next day the courier contacted me via e-mail to say they had the parcel and to give me a delivery date, I reorganised everything to be available as indicated. Twelve hours later the courier sent me an SMS message changing the delivery date to the day that I had moved all my appointments to in order to accommodate their original e-mail message. Very inconvenient.”

“Excellent company to deal with. They answered my multiple questions very quickly provided a video if the item I was purchasing (this was a distance purchase). Item arrived next day and was as described. Many thanks for great customer service.”
