Hello Mrs Chowns Thank you for getting in touch. On investigation I can see that you selected and paid for WEEKDAY DPD when in fact it seems you were looking for a SATURDAY service. The selection of the SATURDAY service would have ensured the parcel arrived on your expected date. Best wishes

“I confess that I hadnt realised the weight of the cake was 2kg and plus the tin, it is a little heavier than I had anticipated considering I am taking it with me as a present for friends in NYC but at least I have luggage capacity and I think this wil be a perfect gift for my hosts. Perhaps next year you will do 1kg cakes??”

“Glorious chocolate cake. I've never had one with chocolate chips in before. It was very moist, and full of chocolate. We all enjoyed it.”

“The cake is excellent, as I have been told by others. Unfortunately, I suffer from a walnut allergy and began to suffer effects after a tiny mouthful. Recovered after 60 minutes, so no harm done! The mistake was entirely my fault as I did not think to look at the cake contents before ordering.”
