“In my experience the customer service was excellent. The cake was a gift and the feedback was so good that I think we shall have to buy one ourselves. The recipient said that the cake was moist and delicious.”

“Not eaten any yet, but every external sign deserves "very good". It's a very good, delicious looking cake, with super nuttty and cherry decorations on top. All packaging is strong, well secured and effective. All communication prior to delivery was clear and helpful. The outside of the cake box has a full list of ingredients. I can'twait for my first taste!”

“Excellent, and prompt delivery of a very tasty coffee, and walnut cake. It was supposed to be a bakery blunder cake, but it tasted absolutely amazing. Tried ordering another one, but said it was out of stock. Will there be any more at all??”

“Sorry but we found the cake itself very dry. We had purchased 2 at a reduced price knowing that the icing would be runny. It was - but not a problem. I opened one cake the day of arrival and no one liked it. Flavour fine - just too dry and floury. We threw the rest away. I know this is not your usual standard at all but it has warned me off buying your special offers.”
