“Alice & Jess were just amazing - from the point of my first contact to place the original order to the sorting of the failure of the courier company to deliver on the expected day. I cannot thank them enough for their professionalism & understanding in dealing with the resulting situation. Their customer service was outstanding - offering free of charge to send a replacement order direct to my mother, one of the original recipients of my Meg Rivers order. The replacement order arrived on time. My mother was on end of life care at a nursing home & has since sadly passed away. Chocoate cake was her favourite & I shall certainly be ordering more Meg Rivers' chocolate cakes in memory of Mum Xx”

“My husband really enjoyed his 4” Christmas Cake! He could taste the alcohol! I have to avoid gluten and wheat and sugar!! However, it’s important that he doesn’t miss out.”

“I’m in New Zealand and I ordered the rich English fruit cake for a relation convalescing at home - she was delighted to receive it and said it was delicious. (Delivery took a bit longer than I had expected due to the Christmas period, but I emailed for an update and was contacted which I appreciated.)”

“I believe in extending the enjoyment of Christmas so having returned from our family fiesta on Christmas Day we turned to Meg’s Christmas pudding for deserts over the next week or so, small portions with ice cream. So now we have extended further and ordered another which arrived promptly. They are so good! Brian”
