“I have now had time to digest your cakes and test your system. The first have been excellent to date and I do not anticipate them to change; the organisation is well run and not fussy. I really do think you would handle effectively any problems that might arise. If you have time would you like to take over the local electricity supply ?”

“This has got to be the best Simnel cake on the planet. I treat myself and others too. Universally a big thumbs up - moist fruit cake layered with marzipan and a delicious marzipan topping. Such a treat!”

“The cake arrived without the tin that was paid for. When queried the response implied that I was possibly mistaken as the ''traceability' software suggested it was sent! Also the cake itself was very dry, but the response email did not acknowledge my complaint”
