“I was very disappointed too wet and crumbled easy. I wanted to marzipan the cake and decorate it. It was not suitable.”

Dear Bernard I am sorry you were dissappointed with your cake. This cake is not designed to be decorated as it arrives fully decorated with fruit. I hope we included cutting instructions as this richly fruited, nut full cake does require a sawing action to get through all those goodies!
