“Used to be able to give a preferred delivery date without paying for named day delivery on the understanding no guarantee that would arrive on the preferred date. So this time I paid for named day delivery which was ignored.”

Hi Lyn, I'm slightly confused. You spoke to one of my colleagues who confirmed you wanted delivery today (26th July) and having checked with DPD just now it's out on their van this morning. Do please get in touch if this is not the case and I will resolve. Kind wishes, Jess

“Very prompt service. Delicious cakes in a very nice tin. The Artisan Baking Book is a must have and although I bought a Hope & Joy apron, I got another free! All would make perfect gifts, but I enjoyed these myself!”

“The service & support was excellent. I made a mistake in the order and a real person helped me sort it out immediately - so thank you to Jess for that. I can't really review the biscuits, as they were a present for my niece, but she texted me immediately to say that they were absolutely delicious.”

“I would highly recommend the 3 tier Wedding Cake with White Lustre Roses. Initial enquiries were answered immediately with friendly responses. Delivery was on time and the cake arrived well wrapped and without any damage...tracking information was provided. The cake itself was simply beautiful, easily assembled and tasted delicious. Thank you to all at Meg Rivers”
