Thanks for your feedback – glad to hear you’re happy with the item 🙂 As everything is custom made, it does take a little time to produce, but we actually managed to ship your order a day earlier than the estimated timeframe. Framed prints are usually delivered the next business day once dispatched, depending on the courier. Hope the recipient enjoys their gift!

At checkout, customers can choose between two layout options: Print the Entire Image, which preserves the full image, or Zoom and Crop, which fills the print area but may crop parts of the image. A clear preview is shown at both the product page and in the shopping cart, where cropping can also be adjusted before confirming the order. We do encourage all customers to carefully review the product descriptions and preview images before placing an order, as this helps ensure the final result meets expectations. We can confirm that your print was produced exactly in line with the layout option selected at the time of ordering. We’re very sorry for any disappointment this may have caused and hope this explanation helps clarify the situation and assists with future orders. If you would like to return the print for a refund, please contact us via direct message and we will be happy to assist further.
