“You only sent 14 tablets of propranolol. The problem is I normally used to get it via prescription(2-3 packs) but awhile I go I removed it from my repeat prescription list but as my surgery is too busy atm I am struggling to book an appointment (they dont answer the phone these days and also the next available “telephone” appointment is more than a week later. I forget the appointment phone call time by the time they call me anyway. Now I am completely out of stock and heading to the bank holiday weekend. That would make sense if you sent me actually a pack at least.”
