“I’ve just had a bad experiance after very good service previously.But the bad experience turned ouy great to me.I was told you were out of stock you would refund me .So I went online and purchased from one of your competitors. Who was able to supply my medication at half the price you were charging me You need to have an option to talk to a human at first instance when something goes wrong .You seem to turn it around after a week”

“I brought quiet a few of Dermol 500 pump creams over the past couple of years, and I have just noticed that the last ones you have sent me have an expiry date of 10/26 so MedExpress can you explain to me why you are selling almost out of date creams?”

“It was good so far, it was very easy to order things, now with my last order there are problems like sending a photo ID and such, so it's really bad, I just can't send everything they ask in English, so it's really bad, so I'll probably have to change, but now I don't know if if they don't send my medicine, they'll practically refund my money or what that will be like.”

“I had a bit of a break on Mounjaro. In that break I took wegovy. Due to the break, I was only able to get 2.5mg of Mounjaro & it is not having any effect on me at all. I now how to wait for 4 weeks until I can order the next dose up.”
