“Really disappointed with the way my latest order was dealt with. I wasn’t advised there were any delays until after the payment was taken. I paid for next day delivery before 1 pm. I didn’t receive my goods till nine days after ordering despite being told there would be up to just two working days delay. Royal Mail also didn’t keep their end of the deal. They attempted a delivery on Sunday 13th of July at 3 pm and informed me via email (because I was out) they would automatically redeliver on the Monday, 14th. Nobody showed up on the 14th and it wasn’t until the 15th before I got my order. I therefore have paid a substantial sum for a delivery service that I didn’t receive and I feel I should be reimbursed for.”

“The ordering is good and fast delivery. Only thing is when the parcel arrives Royal mail just leave it in plane site of anyone passing on your doorstep. We get when it's due confirmation but they always seem to delivery the day before.”
