“I recieved a new injection pen ive not seen before, grey & purple 7.2mg & needle in one pen, i didnt expect. I tried using 1st & 2nd pen today following inclosed instructions. Thought 1st pen was broken so tried 2nd pen but did same as the 1st pen. both pens the liquid inside spurted out everywhere, unable to stop it, showing yellow in window. 2 pens, wasted. I expected 3x usual grey & blue pen i no how to use. I want a refund or previous grey pens i no how to use sent to me. Im looking for medexpress complaints email to report this. Unless this message is taken serious & someone contacts me about this message!? Otherwise ill keep searching for contact details to report this situation. I can send pictures of 2 pens empty I recieved 5/9/26, 8 days ago. Please take this serious as lots of other vendors are available. But i cannot afford to loose £283.94. “I took my first tablet as prescribed , 30mins before any food and any other medication. About 30mins after taking the does I felt nauseous and 10-15 mins later the vomiting began and didnt stop for 2 hrs. I have stopped taking the tablets.”
