“Disgraceful negligence – avoid at all costs I had been a loyal customer of MedExpress, but this latest experience has been nothing short of disgraceful. I ordered my 15mg Mounjaro and they took my money straight away, only for the order to sit in “pending review” for weeks. Every time I chased, I was met with the same copy-and-paste “delay” emails — no real answers, no urgency, no accountability. Meanwhile, others were ordering the exact same medication and receiving it almost immediately. After weeks of waiting, they suddenly told me I couldn’t have my prescription because too much time had passed between doses. That was completely incorrect, but by then the damage was done. Their incompetence has forced me to restart my entire journey elsewhere and move to Wegovy — even though Mounjaro was working so well for me. To leave a patient in this position, through nothing but their own delays and negligence, is shocking and dangerous. MedExpress are not fit to be handling people’s health.”
