“Customer service and access to doctors has been terrible. At my last review they noted my height incorrectly which miscalculated my BMI and would only allow me to order the 1.5MG and not the 4MG that I am currently taking. So far it has been five days of trying to rectify this issue and still without resolution. I keep getting fobbed off with the same generic answer from customer services. When I do get a response from my doctor and provide the correct information, my response is ignored or I am asked to provide a repeat of the information that I have already provided. This is very poor customer service.”
