“I had an awful experience with this company. The customer service is almost non-existent! I reached out multiple times via email with questions about a product I purchased, but none of my emails were ever answered. It’s incredibly frustrating to feel ignored as a customer. To make matters worse, the item I purchased came without any instructions, which made it even harder to figure out how to use it properly. I’ve never had such a poor experience with a company before, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. If you need help, forget about it – they clearly don’t care about their customers. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere if you want to actually get support when you need it.”
