“Well the delivery when no mistake goes well, but I had in 2 occasion lost parcel which was disappointing as it caused a lot of delay. Also the cost of the Medication is very high and not sure I could continue with it. I think they should be lower price for consistent customer .”

“The clinical team NEVER calls you back. They reply with emails. Their AI bot answers your questions with other questions. The clinical team will only get back to you after 24-48 hours only on week days. Forget the weekend. Unprofessional service. Yes I received the pills, but could not talk to anyone professional about my doubts. Will not recommend them to anyone else.”
