“I was very impressed with the service you provided until this last order. Despite telling me of the dispatch of my Sumatriptan, I see that you have refunded the cost to my PayPal account, which I assume means that the product is not now going to arrive. I've not actually been told that, I'm just left to guess. Not great Customer Service tbh. I have recommended you to other people, but I'll have to rethink that.”
