“I ordered the antibiotics on the Friday (27 February) I paid for them to arrive within 24 hours - I didn’t receive them until Tuesday (3rd March) the delay in replying to my emails for customer service is terrible. I would have got them quicker from my doctor. I feel I should be entitled to receive a refund because I paid extra for 24 hour delivery and didn’t receive them until Tuesday, my cystitis had got worse because of this.”
