“I bought a car from here approx 2 weeks ago. I was told by a member of staff the car was ready but It wasn't as there had been miss communication as lad was off during all the conversations. The main manager seen that I had made my way from Lancashire and had to go away with no car. He was so kind about it and even gave me a courtesy car for my troubles. This helped massively. “Definitely recommend Mayfair Autos. After another garage trying to scam me I phoned saf about a terrible vibration in my van, he see me the same day Diagnosed what the vibration was sourced the part (driveshaft) and had me booked in for the repair.
Now it’s good as new with no vibrations.

“I would urge anyone thinking of buying a car from this dealership to proceed with caution. My son aged 19 saved and paid a deposit of £300 for a white Ford Focus based on the photos advertised. The photos did not show the actual damage to the car which could be seen clearly in person when the car was due to be collected. The owner of this company has refused to refund his deposit. I have reported them to Trading standards.”

Saturday 21 January collected a Corsa 65 plate from this car dealership. After travelling 5 miles I was unable to put the car in any gears. I had to put the hazards on, switch off the engine and try starting again. I called the dealership straight away and they did not answer the phone so I sent a WhatsApp message - no response. The dealership sent out a mechanic Monday 23 January who confirmed that there was a problem with the clutch.
It is now Tuesday and we have been going back and forth with the dealership which have reported to the finance company that I burnt out the clutch and are refusing to carry out the repairs under warranty without me contributing to the cost. RIDICULOUS!!

“My car needed a head gasket when I’d bought it Mayfair autos (Nadia) got it fixed but the mechanical work was awful but only realise this when within 4-5 mths timing chain went only to be told that an old timing belt had been out back on when they fixed head gasket costing me over £1600 and that a bracket in engine was missing and real shoddy work. Unable to get through left emails phone numerous times am now in process of going to small claims court”
