If I could give NO STARS I would Also trading as Buy and Sell Your Car Saturday 21 January collected a Corsa 65 plate from this car dealership. After travelling 5 miles I was unable to put the car in any gears. I had to put the hazards on, switch off the engine and try starting again. I called the dealership straight away and they did not answer the phone so I sent a WhatsApp message - no response. The dealership sent out a mechanic Monday 23 January who confirmed that there was a problem with the clutch. It is now Tuesday and we have been going back and forth with the dealership which have reported to the finance company that I burnt out the clutch and are refusing to carry out the repairs under warranty without me contributing to the cost. RIDICULOUS!! Stay away from this company . . . . . .NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, NO AFTER CARE definitely only wanting to make a PROFIT.
