“It was very easy to order our fence panel and gate, it was delivered on the day it was scheduled and we were very pleased with the quality. Would definitely use again.”

“I have always said it is not the ordering / delivery service that defines a company, it is the customer service if something goes wrong. I received a different item to what I ordered so rang to advise, the chap I spoke to was very friendly and keen to resolve the problem. He apologised and arranged for the correct product to be delivered the next day - which it was!. Additionally, although I was happy to return the wrong product, he said to keep it as a present for the birds (It was wild bird seed) which I think shows excellent customer service. I will not hesitate to order again from Maxwells. Thank you!!”

“We are very satisfied with the service provided by Maxwells DIY. Delivery is always fast. Service good. If I have a query, it gets answered straight away. I am never kept waiting. They keep us up to date and track their deliveries. I am a cold person and their paraffin is excellent and sold at a very fair price. They are a 5 star company. I highly recommend them.”
