“I made a purchase on line, unfortunately they were not able to supply me with the paint as the colour was discontinued. They offered alternative or full refund. I opted for full refund and was reimbursed immediately. Well done, good service.”

“Excellent service. Next day delivery. Price for Cuprinol Shades paint very reasonable considering it would need to be “made up” in store at major retailers. Haven’t tried it yet as it won’t be used until the summer but I am sure it will be fine.”

“The true test of any company is how well they react when things go wrong. Despite suitable packaging, Maxwells carrier damaged one pot of paint on my order. Instead of just waiting for my order to be delivered with an item missing, Maxwells immediately contacted me to advise of the hiccup and arranged a replacement to be sent the next day. I was able to plan around the short delivery and minimise the incovenience of this accident. Having dealt with many big name DIY companied I have never experienced such proactive and effective customer service. Thank you Maxwells. I will use again.”
