“The good quality, lightweight Youngman Atlas step ladder I bought from Maxwells was at the lowest price I could find on the Internet. When ordering online (using the PayPal payment option) I chose free pick up from my local store yet there appeared to be no request for store location resulting in me deciding to contact online chat to correct this omission. Perhaps I’d have been asked in a later email but specifying store location at the point of purchase seemed more logical to me. An email informing me when the step ladder would be ready to collect gave no instructions as to whether I need bring id or order reference number with me. Maxwells offered 5% discount off future online orders for completing this review but I’d already received an earlier email giving me this discount for having made an online purchase.”
