“For years l was a customer at B&Q Washington, then l found Maxwells at Birtley. The staff are always friendly and helpful and the products are priced to sell. Well done to the staff at the Birtley store, you now have a loyal customer.”

“Alas store is 200 miles North of our home but found 'HERO' brand patio cleaner for sale, on their web site, could not find any for the first time this year locally and even adding on P&P good value. Paid for Economy delivery but still delivered day after dispatch by DHL with a time delivery slot pre notified to me. Customer Service staff helpful when I querid P&P charge for x number of itms and how much if mor bought? very pleased with over all service.”

“I was looking for 'grow bags' and noticed Maxwells on the 'web'. Some complication occurred when I went to the 'basket' and free delivery became chargeable. On contacting them the issue was resolved immediately and to my full satisfaction. The staff were both riendly and very professional over the 'phone and the quantity I ordered arrived promptly. Would that all firms adopted such a customer facing approach. I shall go to them again downstream without hesitation!”

“Excellent picket fence, just what we was looking for and in the right height. A lot of places round near me with the right height we’re much more expensive hence why I paid the delivery to North London and still got what I wanted cheaper. Many thanks, will shop again.”
