Customer service is poor. We like to support local high street shops, where we can. So we decided to go in and look for a washing machine and a hoover. Unfortunately the sales person did not know enough about the appliances on the shop floor and didn’t listen to what we wanted so we left very frustrated . We eventually looked on line and ordered the washer we wanted over the phone but when I went back into the shop to confirm some details the only 2 sales people were with other customers which is fine but neither of them acknowledged me waiting and after 10-15 minutes I left.

Prompt, polite and fitted the appliance without a problem - however, the kicker board was removed and then when it wouldn't fit back some was shaved off. However it wasn't joined back with the next one along which was left loose, not fixed at all. It needs gluing and then the gap filling with silicone. The floor silicone seal was also spoiled so this needs re-doing too. When I phoned to inform Max they said they would raise an order for the job to be done. I don't know when yet. Sadly disappointing as the appliance itself, the service to get it to me and the fitter were all great!

Our tv took four weeks from order to delivery far to long unacceptable

It wasn’t the fire I ordered winton was ordered coal effect log came Quattro delivered I am a bit concerned as I have looked at other sights and Quattro is a lot cheaper than what I paid for a winton fire
