Price, communication on the phone/on line was good. However, let down by the office NOT communicating with the delivery driver that a call was required to myself 30 minutes prior to delivery. It was lucky I was in when the delivery arrived. Small point, wrong spelling of my surname, should be Husain (some people get upset about such things).

Very good but after asking several times about the guarantee I have still not received any info !!didisappointy Would be nice if I got something official !

Well the purchase, delivery and installation were 5 stars - but I was not that impressed when less than two weeks later my utility room was flooded as the connector on to the pipe had come loose. I had to turn all the water off and contact yourselves and was told that later that day somebody came round to "fix" it for me or not!! - as it turned out. I said to the "fixer" that in my opinion and looking at the hose for the washing machine the new Bosch connector for the Dishwasher did not screw on far enough. I was told that that was not the problem, it was the rubbish "Y" piece I had to connect both the Dishwasher and Washing Machine to the same outlet "plastic to plastic - rubbish" "you need to get a plumber round to put another outlet on to the pipe". "You could try a new "Y" piece but I wouldn't recommend it" and when asked if he had one I was told he wouldn't give one space on the van! This may all be very well but it didn't sort my problem! - it also completely overlooked that it had worked perfectly well with various appliances over the last 25 year! - and more importantly completely overlooked the fact that where the hose connects into the bottom of the machine, that is plastic to plastic!! Anyway, I was convinced it was the hose connector as it would only screw on about one and a half turns and then skip if you tried to tighten it further. So I ordered a new hose from Screwfix (which screws on much better and further than the Bosch one) fitted it myself to my "rubbish - wouldn't give one room on my van" "Y" piece and all now appear to be fine. But I am now left wondering why I paid £20 for installation as when I had to later un-install and then re-install with a better hose. Sorry guys - the after sales service I felt was somewhat lacking.

we ordered a week before and paid in full, had to take a microwave that was on display in the window, no offer of reduction in price, when we arrived on the saturday as advised, none of the three items we had ordered the week before were packed up or ready for us to collect, we had to wait twenty minutes. hence the score Acceptable

Small piece of plastic pipe broke so a plumber had to be called with a £55 charge. We were supposed to get guarantee details to email but that didnt happen
