“We've recently bought 3 different items at Max Electrical, TV, Microwave and a Henry hoover and all through the sales process the guys there were extremely knowledgeable about all the products. “Went TV shopping a month ago and came to the conclusion that most of the folk I spoke to in the larger stores simply didn't have the product knowledge to convince me to part with my cash! I thought that Max (in the town) would not be able to compete on price with the larger outlets,so I'd always walked past on my way to a morning coffee. However, I eventually wandered in one morning, out of curiosity and was pleasantly surprised. Pleasant, informed conversation and a detailed product dem for 3 of the TVs that interested me - and the pricing was as keen as the big stores! A week or so down the line ,I placed my order and had the LG fitted and set up for Christmas. 10 out of 10 Max!”
