“I was looking for a new TV as mine was a good 8 years old. I wanted to stick with Samsung and had a particular model in mind. Although I had been looking at TV's for a few weeks, this was a snap decision purchase on the day. Not only did Max Electrical have stock when others didn't, they stuck to their "Price Match Promise" and I was able to safely (COVID) collect the TV only an hour later: I was chuffed to bits!! This business is well established in the town of Lutterworth, and when I lived in the town many years ago I used them to buy several products when they were known as Lutterworth Sound and Vision. Its really nice to see that the same high level of individual customer service are still there today; just the same as it was over 20 years ago. No wonder you are still there thriving guys, very well done from a very satisfied customer... ADDITION: I called up the shop a couple of days ago because a couple of weeks later I had a query with regards a film that may be attached to the screen of my new TV. I had read various reports on the internet regarding whether to remove this film or not. After getting all wobbly with Internet nonsense I called up Max Electrical and they completely put my mind at ease and gave me the advice I needed. Bang tidy!!”

“I was delighted with the post xmas offer on a Dyson V7 animal+ which was on a par if not cheaper with the leading electrical superstores and offered free next day delivery. Having placed my order online I received a courtesy call immediately to fine tune the delivery. Which was carried out by the shop promptly the next day. Wonderful personal service and Great to support a reputable local business. Very pleased with my Dyson which masters my prolific cat fur problem .Thankyou Max Electrical.”
